※Responsibilities:

- Should initiate and set goals for Educational programs according to the strategic objectives of the organization

- Present and Provide educational guidance to children

- Helps understanding through appropriate and detailed explanation to customers who come to the facility.

- Own Customer-oriented Mind & Kindness, Stong Responsibility.

- Discover ways to understand easily and acceptable

- Read today's reports prepared by managers to determine progress and issues

- Keep senior management informed with detailed and accurate reports or presentations after finished works

- Helps them to have a pleasant experience

< Job Requirement>

- Prove relavant position as a staff or other similar experiences

- Thorough understanding of Educational Guided Tour and managerial techniques and methods for Junior(kids)

- Working knowledge of Guided tour management/Docent

- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics

- Excellent business presentation skills

- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication skills
