Looking for a native speaker who can teach elementary and middle school students. Must have high energy and lead an active class.
Classes are centered around reading. It branches out to vocabulary and some writing from reading material. Thus, the instructor must read and understand the class material clearly and be able to teach class well. The Instructor himself/herself will have as much or more reading as the students do for class prepping.
There are only about five kids per class, so it is quite easy to take care of the students. Most of the students are well behaved or not troublesome. They speak decent English. Some of them go to international school, so these students are highly fluent in conversational English.
We are hoping to hire someone with at least three years of experience so that once the current teacher leaves, the level of the new teacher is about the same as the one leaving or better.
